"Packages" include admission to all conference sessions, proceedings, conference bag, social events (incl. Gala Dinner), lunch coffee breaks and public transport.

"Fees" (beside one day fee) include admission to all conference sessions, Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Cocktail, lunch, coffee breaks and public transport.

"One day fee" includes admission to the conference sessions of one day, Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Cocktail, lunch for one day and coffee breaks.

Student registration includes dmission to all conference sessions, Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Cocktail and coffee breaks.

Payment has to be made by credit card or bank transfer, only.
Money transfer costs have to be covered by participants. 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

For cancellations until June 15, 2012, we charge a service fee of € 75. For authors and late cancellations no refund can be made.

The date of receipt shall be decisive. Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee. The participant has the right to appoint a substitute at any time without additional cost.

ICCHP is a series of biannual scientific conferences in the field of ICT/AT for people with disabilities run in co-operation with the Johannes Kepler University, Linz and the Austrian Computer Society
