Accomodation and Hotels

As we co-operate with an external provider, the company "Nethotels", we would ask you to get in touch with them directly to sort out any accessibility issue concerning accomodation and accessibility. Also in case of questions and problems with the booking procedure, we kindly ask you to get in touch with Miss Christine Tronigger from "Nethotels" directly.
"Nethotels" provides a 24/7 eMail and telephone support: eMail Nethotels  / ++43 (0)1 710 19 19.

ICCHP - On Site

At ICCHP, please get to the information desk whenever you need help or support - we will do our best to facilitate a most enjoyable and smooth stay!

Volunteers will guide and help on site. In case you need help beyond this, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at.

Induction loops will be installed at registration and information desk, for Opening Ceremony, Keynotes and Panels. In case you need an induction loop for a specific track / lecture, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at as soon as possible.

Concerning sign language interpretation, we provide interpretation English to ISL (International Sign Language) for Opening Ceremony, Keynotes and Panels. In case you need sign language interpretation for a specific track / lecture, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at as soon as possible.

Concerning lunches, Welcome Event and Gala Dinner, we will provide a vegetarian alternative. In case you need a specific diet, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at as soon as possible.

If you plan to come with personal assistance, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that restricted social events (Gala Dinner and Post Conference Activities) have to be booked and charged for all accompanying persons.

Technical University of Vienna

The following information might be helpful for you:
Accessible Parking Lots
We have the possibility to provide some accessible parking lots in direct vicinity of the conference venue! In case you need such a parking lot, please get in touch with icchp@jku.at and on site with the info desk.

Accessible Workstations
There will be an accessible workstation (with a braille display and speech output) for our guests besides the info desk.
Another accessible workstation (flexible in height) is available on the way to tracks III (blue) and IV (green). Further information available at the info desk.

Accessible venue & Plenary Hall
In order to enable all our guests to take part in opening and keynotes, the plenary hall was made basically accessible and a lift to get onto the podium. In case you face problems in entering or reaching a room, please get in touch with the info desk.

Accessible toilets
In order to make the accessible toilet available for people with disabilities only, the door to the accessible toilet (in the coffee area) is locked with the EURO - system.
In case you don't have a EURO - Key, please get in touch with the info desk (in direct vicinity).
